Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount. We do not offer free returns. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Below are some scenarios where you may wish to return your order, followed by the steps for returning your order:

If you change your mind
You may contact our customer service staff at contact@warriorsaunas.com, telling them your order number and that you've changed your mind and wish to return your item(s). We will not issue a return label, as we do not cover shipping costs due to buyer's remorse. We recommend you ship the item insured, using the same method it was shipped out, Ground or LTL.

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it for damages. If there are no damages, you will be issued a credit for the full amount that you paid, less any required new boxing fees (~$20-$50, depending on the product). If the product is damaged, you will be notified to issue a claim with your shipper.

Product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This evaluation is done on a per-order basis and depending on the situation, Warrior Saunas will replace any broken parts or items, or provide a refund for the cost of the parts or items. You may also return the product if it is incorrect or damaged for a full refund, and we will cover return shipping fees.

Please contact us at contact@warriorsaunas.com with images of the damage, and whether the shipping damage was noted upon signing for the delivery, to begin the return process.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Note that we will not cover return shipping fees.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@warriorsaunas.com.
